Proper serving temperatures are key to wine enjoyment

I'm often times asked about the inspiration for Kelvin, in fact the very moments of inception are mentioned in our About Us page.

But, I'd also like to credit those wine experts and writers that helped me to realise that there is a core of people that recognise the huge impact that serving temperature can have on the taste of any wine. They motivated me to keep this crazy project moving during its early stages.

This article is the 'one' that really caught my attention, thank-you Joseph Nase (and New York Magazine) for hitting the nail so firmly on the head, please give it a read, it's well worth it.
